Shipping & Delivery

How much does local delivery cost?

Local delivery orders are subject to delivery rates as follows:

Orders over $40 qualify for home delivery
Orders $40-$99: $5 delivery
Orders over $100 get free delivery

Orders must reach $40 or more to qualify for local delivery.

Pickup orders are free with no minimum. Pickup at Commercial Street starting from 12pm until close.

Where do you deliver?

We currently offer local next business day delivery to addresses in Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond.

When do you deliver?

Local Delivery + Pickup
Local delivery and pickup orders receive their products the next business day.

  • We offer local delivery Monday to Friday.
  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday are delivered Monday.
  • If there is a holiday on the Monday, the next delivery day is Tuesday.

Shipping Orders
Domestic shipping can take 5-14 business days depending on where you are located.

USA shipping could take up to 14 business days.

We mill all of our flour to fresh to order.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For local delivery orders, we have a team of drivers that will deliver your order.
For most Canadian shipping orders we use Canada Post.
USA orders are shipped with UPS.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer $12 flat rate shipping to most regions outside of our local delivery zones.
Shipping rates outside of our $12 flat rate zones can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the USA and Canada only.

Our Flour

Are your flours milled daily?

Yes! We mill all of our flours fresh every day. We store the flour in the fridge to ensure you get the freshest product possible.

Are your flours fortified?

The only ingredient in our flour is organic grain and nothing else.
Our freshly milled flours are not enriched with any synthetic ingredients, additives, preservatives, or added protein.

How do I store the flour?

Fresh flour should be stored in the fridge or freezer to protect the natural oils and prevent rancidity.
Stored in the fridge or freezer, your flour will be good for up to 6 months. Flour stored at room temperature is best used within a period of 4-6 weeks.

Do you mill certified organic grains for flour?

Yes, we mill organically grown grains exclusively.
In addition to being certified organic, the majority of our wheat growers farm their land using regenerative agriculture methods.

Is your wheat GMO?

There is no GMO wheat grown in Canada. We do not purchase or use any GMO crops.

Mill + Bakery

Is there parking at your Commercial Street store?

There is lots of free parking around our Mill + Bakery as we are located in a residential area. We also have 3 free parking spots at the back of the store, there are signs to identify them easily.

There is lots of bike parking if you prefer to cycle.

When is Pizza Night?

Pizza Nights are Thursday and Friday from 5PM to 8PM.

Walk-ins are welcome and pre-orders are not necessary! Order at the counter and enjoy a seat inside or on the patio.

You can also phone us with your orders or order online for takeout.

Are you licensed?

We are fully licensed to serve alcohol at the Mill + Bakery. See our menu for the list of beer, ciders and wine.

We offer refunds or replacements on defective or unsatisfactory products.
